the main structure of "Il Cerreto" is the 18th tower surrounded by two groups of farm houses built at a later date offering a total of 7 apartments and 5 double rooms with bathroom. 5
apartments are located in the main building near the tower, 2 apartments have been recently renovated in the old school house. The 19th century farm house,the heart of the farmstead, offers ecologically renovated rooms, a restaurant, a T.V. lounge and a seminar and course room . The furniture and beds are in naturally treated wood. Electromagnetic field tests have been carried out in the apartments and rooms so that the furniture has been placed to ensure total comfort and well-being.
The restoration and renovation have been rigorously effectuated to create a natural and healthy environment.
Another interesting aspect of Il Cerreto is that it is almost self-sustainable as 60% of the electricity is supplied by solar panels.
